Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced CLM Developer to join Enterprise IT, supporting the sales and contract functions of the business.

Responsibilities:

Support Arm's customer contract process throughout the lifecycle.

Work with the Portfolio and development teams delivering new CLM features and requirements.

Work closely with colleagues supporting the Salesforce environment to ensure smooth interaction with the CLM process.

Update contract wording and formatting.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3 - 6 years experience of CLM with demonstrable understanding of the general platform operations.
  • Experience of operating a Contract Lifecycle Management process.
  • Good knowledge of workflows, workflow step configurations and workflow debugging.
  • Understanding of eForms and Smart Rules.
  • Experience of document generation and templates creation.
  • JavaScript and C# skills.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Able to participate in design sessions, review options and provide recommendations.
  • Ability to respond contract change requests as needed.

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:

  • Expericence of DocuSign.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Docusign integration!
  • Experience of eSignature!
  • Experience of using Jira and Confluence.
