Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced CLM Developer to join Enterprise IT, supporting the sales and contract functions of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Arm's customer contract process throughout the lifecycle.
  • Work with the Portfolio and development teams delivering new CLM features and requirements.
  • Work closely with colleagues supporting the Salesforce environment to ensure smooth interaction with the CLM process.
  • Update contract wording and formatting.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3 - 6 years experience of CLM with demonstrable understanding of the general platform operations.
  • Experience of operating a Contract Lifecycle Management process.
  • Good knowledge of workflows, workflow step configurations and workflow debugging.
  • Understanding of eForms and Smart Rules.
  • Experience of document generation and templates creation.
  • JavaScript and C# skills.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Able to participate in design sessions, review options and provide recommendations.
  • Ability to respond contract change requests as needed.

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:

  • Expericence of DocuSign.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Docusign integration!
  • Experience of eSignature!
  • Experience of using Jira and Confluence.
