Job Overview:

ARM is building a world-class Emerging Talent function who remove barriers, create pathways for diverse talent, and engage with talent pools at all levels to encourage, educate and nurture.

We're looking for a US Campus Specialist to build strength in our employer brand by not just activating critical campus activities, but also partnering with societies, organizations and government initiatives.

You will amplify awareness various Career Pathways by the responsibilities below; these have been segmented into three key areas.

Supported by our current Global Campus Specialist, you will be fully supported, inducted and trained to take Arm's Campus Strategy to the next level!

Responsibilities:

US Campus Events:

  • Work with the Head of Emerging Talent to understand hiring demand and plan appropriate US Campus activity accordingly
  • Lead on the booking and co-ordination of over 50 Early Career events in the US. This includes ordering merchandise, coordinating volunteers, raising PO's, shipping goods to and from events and paying invoices
  • Complete all post campaign administration tasks, including candidate source logging, post-event email comms and summary report statements
  • Drive impactful change towards DE&I initiatives partnering with HBCU's, INROAD's and other organizations
  • Work with our wider Recruitment Team to educate on event activity, and feed into overall candidate pipeline
  • Deliver company presentations (Internally & externally) where required
  • Support with ad-hoc events such as large induction and onboarding events, GGC (Global Graduate Conference) and end of Internship celebration
  • Act as a key point of contact for all internal and external queries on US Campus activity and engagement

Collaboration & Content Curation:

  • Bridge the gap between Arm Education (Our outstanding STEM education experts) and Talent Acquisition combining efforts liaising with institutes globally.
  • Connect to Global initiatives feeding into the pipeline of talent and the evolution of our industry. For example: the CHIPs Act, Semi-conductor Education Alliance and SRC.
  • Identify, connect and build relationships with societies at various academic institutes. This includes building relationships internally to understand who is an alumnus.
  • Work in partnership with the Emerging Talent Marketing Specialist to co-create any marketing collateral required to aid events.
  • Curate stories for our Life at Arm blog & content hub bringing these to life on campus
  • Support other teams when in high demand periods such as the TA Projects team, Recruitment Marketing and/or DE&I specialist.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track overall spend within Campus Activity gaining approval for all bookings
  • Provide data-driven insights post-event analyzing the return-on-investment and impact
  • Analyse hiring insights to craft future improvements within campus activity

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience within Early Careers / Emerging Talent recruitment and/or Campus activity
  • Experience using data to advise on decisions and implement change
  • Ability to build relationships with various partners both internally and externally, representing Arm and our Early Career Programs
  • Exceptional co-ordination & booking skills
  • Flexible nature able to adapt and pivot according to business need.
  • Willingness and desire to travel

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:

  • Knowledge of MBA, Co-op, Internship, Graduate, Research, Veterans and/or broader talent programs
  • Knowledge and/or passion for the semi-conductor industry

Salary Range:

$97,800-$132,300 per year
