In this role you’ll be instrumental in ensuring the right parts are in the right place to enable innovation at scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead supply chain logistics efforts for lab and data center infrastructure used by R&D and engineering teams, ensuring timely delivery of niche hardware and supporting equipment.
  • Coordinate with engineering, lab operations, facilities, and sourcing teams to assist in the deployment, refresh, and expansion of lab environments and test clusters.
  • Coordinate procurement workflows using enterprise tools such as SAP Ariba, ensuring alignment with internal purchasing policies and vendor requirements.
  • Handle inventory planning, delivery schedules, and supervising timelines for AI/ML hardware, HPC components (e.g., GPUs, custom accelerators, high-density servers), and supporting networking/power systems.
  • Work with internal team members to assess upcoming infrastructure needs based on product roadmaps, prototyping cycles, and test demands.
  • Participate in field work within labs and datacenters during crunch times to assist buildouts and deployments to stay on schedule.
  • Provide clear and regular updates to leadership through dashboards, reports, and structured communication across global teams.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Deep understanding of data center or lab infrastructure components and the unique supply chain challenges related to high-performance computing and AI systems.
  • Experience supporting R&D or engineering teams in a lab or experimental infrastructure setting.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise procurement tools, including SAP Ariba, and familiarity with internal compliance and sourcing processes.
  • Strong project management and partner coordination skills; comfortable driving alignment across global and cross-functional teams.

Nice To Have:

  • Experience with AI or HPC infrastructure design, rack integration, and large-scale deployment strategies.
  • Familiarity with equipment lifecycle management, CMDB systems, and asset tracking platforms.
  • Exposure to liquid cooling systems, high-density lab environments, or custom experimental setups.
  • Experience working with OEMs, ODMs, and third-party vendors for unique hardware delivery and support.
