Job Overview:
Reporting into the Identity Team Lead this role is accountable for our modern Identity platform, ensuring it is secure but flexible enabling our colleagues to seamlessly have the appropriate access to deliver value for Arm.
Responsibilities:
The role supports the ongoing run and management of the Arm Identity platform including:
- Management and ongoing development of directories across AD, LDAP, Entra ID.
- Support the migration of legacy identity platforms to a newer automation first platform.
- Configure and run Entra ID roles, groups, policies, conditional access, multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, and identity protection.
- Integrate identity as a key foundation in our end to end automation and observability platform.
- Proactively identify, assess and enhance new identity technologies as part of Arm Identity platform roadmap.
- Develop and maintain automated processes for authentication workflows.
- Implement AIOps practices to increase system reliability, performance, and security.
- Working alongside the O365 specialist, configuring changes in the O365 environment.
- Write and maintain Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs) for technical teams and end users.
- Experience of working with Active Directory.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3 yrs of experience in Entra ID cloud and on prem AD, and its extension to other cloud environments and at least 18 months experience of scripting and automation in a cloud and on premise environment.
- Good understanding and experience of Entra ID and its related services and features.
- Expertise in creating and using Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to implement security settings and configurations.
- Experience with PowerShell scripts for automation and task management within AD environments.
- Expericence to establish a trusted Certificate Authority (CA) to issue, process, and revoke digital certificates. and able to implement policies and procedures for CA operations, including certificate issuance and revocation.
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge of working with, and extending an Access and Governance management platform!
- Knowledge of Azure Arc's capabilities, including its ability to extend Azure services to hybrid environments, as well as understanding how it handles and assesses updates and patches for connected machines.
- Background of using Intune to configure endpoint devices!
- Track record of working in a Dev Ops environment.

Salary Range:
