Job Overview:

Arm is looking for a creative and resourceful communications expert to join our fast-paced Executive Communications team. This role will be responsible for providing executive communications support for Arm’s growing bench of executive speakers and technical leaders as we continue our leadership at the forefront of AI.

Responsibilities:

You will be creating and assisting executive activations that grow our profile within the technology industry and beyond. This includes assisting on keynotes at major external and internal conferences, written blog posts, executive social media copy, and on-site support for media interviews.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the speaker roadmap, including generating placements at premiere conferences that enhance speaker profiles
  • Contributing to individual executive narratives that highlight the unique perspectives and contributions of each executive, ensuring their voices are distinct and impactful in all communications.
  • Working closely with product and technology leaders to drive thought leadership narratives
  • Work with internal creative and content teams to deliver outstanding presentations that tell our story

Required Skills and Experience :

  • Excellent writing, content creation, speaking, and communication skills and a talent for upleveling technical messages for a diverse range of audiences
  • Experience securing, managing, and executing speaking opportunities at marquee technology and mainstream conferences
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several tasks at once
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to drive consensus amongst key stakeholders across multiple disciplines across multiple time zones
  • Self-starter who has the ability to move quickly and adapt to a rapidly changing environment while thriving under pressure

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :

We are looking for someone who has experience working with executives in a fast-paced environment. Additionally we are looking for:

  • Experience supporting VP to C-level executives
  • Track record of securing placements for executives at top conferences
  • Strong curiosity around Artificial Intelligence and its transformative possibilities
  • Semi-conductor industry experience

Salary Range:

$150,535-$203,666 per year
