Job Overview:

Arm’s Partner Enablement Group (PEG) are looking for an experiencedProject Managerto lead and manage technical content projects that enable the successful adoption of Arm's next generation of products. Based in either our Manchester or Cambridge offices, you’ll play a vital role in planning and delivering a critical component of Arm's pioneering Engineering programs!

Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from start to finish, from gathering requirements to delivery
  • Bring rigor when managing legal documentation, for example Statement of Works.
  • Partner with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure projects meet objectives, remain aligned and on track, and deliver to plan.
  • Lead global, cross-functional teams with clarity, empathy, and purpose.
  • Handle engagements with 3rd party vendors/suppliers, ensuring successful delivery
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies—escalating early where needed.
  • Create and maintain high-quality documentation including project plans, RAID logs, dependency maps, and reporting collateral.

Required Skills and Experience :

  • Excellent communication skills - you make complex ideas easy to understand, and can work effectively with diverse, global teams.
  • A track record of thriving in dynamic environments and leading multiple projects in parallel.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and deal with high levels of uncertainty.
  • A focus on business outcomes, not just technical delivery.

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :

  • Prior experience leading technical content/documentation projects within a large organization.
  • Knowledge of industry tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Project.
  • A relevant Project Management-focused qualification, for example PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, etc.
