Job Overview:

The role will have the accountability for development, delivery and support of all projects, business transformation initiatives, and ongoing support activities associated with SAP platform. As a global leader of the unit, the incumbent is expected to build technology road-map in line with Arm’s business plans and aspirations.

The incumbent is expected to be an enabler of business strategies and plans, an important member in EIT Business Applications Leadership Team, and a technical leader that people look up to. The candidate should have hands on experience in leading technical and functional areas like S/4 Hana, BTP, CPI, GRC, Fiori, Analytics Cloud, Data Sphere supporting FICO and Success Factors.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with business partnering and architecture groups in providing advisories to senior business leaders in execution of business strategies.
  • Helps making technology investment decisions aligned with business goals.
  • Ensures high levels of service integrity, resilience, availability and business continuity matching agreed service levels.
  • Participates and represents in Business Applications LT, Tech forums and approval boards.
  • Owns SAP Roadmap and is aware of the road-map of other enterprise applications and platforms.
  • Partners with Portfolio team in prioritization and in pipe-line decisions.
  • helps standing up capabilities in line with sourcing and location strategy, DevOps Model.
  • Partners with Vendor and leads governance and reviews.

Required Skills and Experience :

  • 15+ years of experience handling SAP functional and technical areas for a global organization.
  • Technical Qualifications & Certifications like an Engineering degree.
  • In-depth understanding of the SAP eco-system and S/4 Hana roadmap, BTP functionality and emerging SAP technologies (BTP, GRC, SAC, Joule, BRF+, CALM, Datasphere, etc.)
  • Experience in dealing with SAP and other 3rd party partners / suppliers in a CoE concept.

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :

  • DevOps and SRE Framework certifications and experience.
