Field Applications Engineer

This role is an integral part of Arm Korea's sales force to enable Arm products and technologies. You will have an opportunity to collaborate with account managers and other FAEs to develop and implement all the technical design-win/in activities in Korea and ASEAN regions.   

Job Overview:

Acting as a technical champion and as a business enabler, you will be responsible for developing and executing design win opportunities in the customers according to account strategies sought at growing Arm business.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, identify and pursue design-win opportunities of Arm IPs and Arm technologies for the customers.
• Using expertise to make product recommendations to fit with customer requirements.
• Maintain a high standard of technical knowledge in relationship to Arm products, services, and competitors.
• Develop sound professional relationships with key engineers, architects and decision-makers.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3 or more years of experience in crafting or developing SoC (System on Chip).
• BS Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
• Wide and high-level knowledge of semiconductor, SoC development process and supply chain. 
• Multifaceted, self-starting individual with the ability to excite and instill confidence in customers about Arm technologies and products.
• Willingness to take ownership of a problem and acquire solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:

• Solid understanding of Arm IP products and their implementations and applications (e.g., Arm CPUs, interconnects, memory systems) and EDA design methodologies. 
• Good understanding of the hardware and software design process.
• Proven presentation skills, able to clearly express technical concepts.
• Confirmed track record of successful customer engagements.
• Self-motivated, diligent, and timely. 
• Proficient in English.
