Job Overview:

Role is to proactively grow the funnel of potential emerging silicon Partners, develop the activities, strategy and relationships driving Arm adoption and Partner success. Key responsibilities include developing professional long-term relationships with executive management as well as technical and marketing personnel at the Partner, crafting and reliably driving innovative account strategies. The ability to listen, build trust, and pursue innovative ideas that will best serve each emerging Partner, while finding ways for Arm to add more value to serve their interests. With clear goals and objectives, this person will be working as part of the North America Sales Team, based in the Bay Area.

Working in a flexible manner with Arm’s Lines of Business, Licensing, Finance and Legal teams, it is fundamental to understand and address Partner requirements, while keeping an understanding of Intellectual Property license agreements.

Responsibilities:

Proactively work to find new potential Partners, develop and manage the Partner journey from initial contact through to building a long-term relationship with Arm. Take ownership for each Partner’s full customer experience with Arm, ensure that every contact point (Sales, FAEs, Lines of Businesses, Licensing, etc.) is implemented with outstanding attention that will win the Partner’s trust and business over time.

Expand and use the network inside the Partners, identify and develop key relationships, gain understanding of the Partner’s alternative options, Arm opportunities and decision-making processes and key players while keeping a clear understanding on the business landscape, its trends, and other elements affecting the Partner.

Identify Partner go-to-market strategies, target markets and develop business opportunities while growing ARM’s position and core business.

Flexibility and ability to develop self-directed activity, coordinate a broad and collaborative teamwork with the Partner and inside Arm.

Required Skills and Experience :

  • BSc degree in Electrical Engineering, Science, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
  • Proven track record in solution selling
  • Self-motivated and possess a strive to succeed
  • General understanding of IP, EDA and Semiconductor industry
  • General knowledge of IP agreements

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :

  • MBA or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of revenue recognition
  • Experience in the Semiconductor, IP and/or EDA industries
  • In-depth knowledge of ARM’s product portfolio is helpful

In Return:

Salary Range:

From: $148,750

To: $201,250
