Job Overview:

Interested in defending a global tech company from the latest cyber threats? Arm is seeking a passionate, experienced Senior Manager to join our growing Cyber Defence Operations (CDO) team, protecting Arm against current and future cyber-attacks! Situated within Arm's Enterprise Security function as the North America leader for CDO, this role will direct security incident & vulnerability response, including acting as a technical SME.

CDO enables Arm to be successful, delivering scalable and defendable security services that not only provide for the protection of Arm, customer & partner data, but that enables advantage in a competitive industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead response to high priority security incidents & major vulnerabilities in conjunction with security partners across the business. Acting as senior technical authority and escalation point for advanced response coordination, training and developing colleagues.
  • Identify, build, and maintain key partner relationships with the business to ensure CDO operates and develops with alignment to business objectives and strategy.
  • Support Arm leaders in planning for security incidents, ensuring that procedures are regularly tested to verify they meet requirements.
  • Hold team to account for delivery against the CDO accountabilities & objectives, along with agreed personal development improvements. Hold service suppliers accountable delivering against expectations.

Required Skills and Experience :

  • Demonstrable experience leading teams of investigators on diverse and sophisticated incidents, using knowledge of the cyber threat landscape to mitigate threats in a timely manner.
  • Specialist technical knowledge spanning security and IT domains, enabling comprehensive response to incidents of the highest complexity, and cross organisational incident management.
  • You have an extensive, up to date understanding of the tools, techniques and procedures of active Threat Actors and can articulate present and future trends.
  • Strong leadership skills and confident in leading cross-organisation cyber incident involving senior leaders, as well as developing & mentoring colleagues. Strategically, you are comfortable influencing the security agenda across key business units.
  • Clear communication and organizational skills to lead incidents & vulnerabilities effectively. You also produce presentations with written and numeric material to a high standard with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :

BSc or higher in relevant subject (e.g Computer Forensics, digital investigation, computer science), applicable Professional qualification e.g SANS, CISSP, GCIH, GIAC, GCFE, GREM SANS Certifications, EnCE, Incident Response (CSIRT/CERT) (Desirable).
