Job Description

Job Overview:

This role is part of the Automotive Go-To-Market (GTM) APAC team and works closely with product managers, solution managers, account sales and FAE in APAC, and ecosystem partners. You will demonstrate and promote Arm technologies and IP by crafting application level solutions for OEMs and Tier 1s in automotive and Service Providers and Carriers in infrastructure. It is meaningful this position develops and crafts partnerships within the ecosystem to build the solutions. It is crucial to develop a professional relationship with product managers, engineers, architects, the decision-makers at targeted partners, as well as internal resources in worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with key automotive and infrastructure partners to understand the key needs and trends of their selected market.
  • Formulate this information into coherent market intelligence and becoming the internal authority/evangelist for this area.
  • Work across the product management, solution teams and other technology groups to build GTM strategies and be responsible for the ongoing engagement with the market in Japan.
  • Lead outbound positioning, messaging and collateral for automotive and infrastructure solutions. Includes direct external evangelism in the press and at events.
  • Support sales to promote the value of Arm technologies and solutions.
  • Acquiring technical and commercial skill through the assignments as the need arises.
  • Dedicated to planning and driving the solution projects with partners.

Required Skills and Experience :

  • Experience and knowledge in automotive and semiconductor industry with technical background.
  • Perceptive, strategic, influential, and eager to engage with people both internally and externally to drive Arm solutions in the market.
  • Proficient in Japanese and Business Level in English, both verbally and in reading/writing.

  • Proven record in establishing relationships with external organizations.
  • Experience in leading professionals in an authentic, clear and motivational way.
  • Understanding of business plans and commercial justifications
  • Strategic approach, able to comprehend sophisticated/vague situations and produce a clear vision and direction.
  • Market focused with a passion for creative solutions aligned with strategy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to communicate and present, both internally and externally, to all levels, from CEOs to engineers
  • Proactive teammate with excellent networking and influencing skills.
  • Self-motivated and adept at planning, prioritization and organization
  • Open, collaborative and trustworthy with a willingness to share information and insights.
