Solutions will leverage Arm’s ISA Parity and cloud to edge strategy which includes several creative use cases for software consumers.
This is a new, very exciting, highly visible role with a direct impact to Arm's success in the Automotive market. You are stepping into a new role at Arm that is reshaping and rethinking how we introduce brand new products! You will be joining a new team of motivated, excited, and passionate people, and we are thrilled to have this opportunity to work together!
Responsibilities:
- Using your technical background and skills, direct a team of 3 or more people.
- Using your influence skills, indirectly lead your colleagues and peers to new ways of thinking about how Arm introduces products and capabilities.
- Build strong, positive relationships, in the community and across Arm.
- Work in a distributed team, across several time zones and entities.
Required Skills and Experience:
- MS CS or equivalent degree
- 10+ years expertise with embedded software, on Arm or other relevant architectures.
- Expert understanding of AI tooling and low-level workings of GPU and associated AI computing platforms.

- Good understanding of modern developer services and workflows such as DevOps and CI/CD
- Comfortable acting as an agent of the company across technical industry forums.
- Proficient in productivity tools, including requirements and task management tools used by software engineers such as JIRA, Trello and GitHub.
- Experience working in large, community driven software projects.
- You have a deep understanding of open-source practices, communities and technologies, balancing the internal needs of Arm with those of the community.
- Experience building or using industry standard programmer's interfaces.
- Expert understanding of Tensorflow, PyTorch, Apache TVM, or comparable inference frameworks.
- Expert understanding of AI training, quantization and visualization tools.
- Proven experiences with LINUX.
- Comfortable presenting technical topics to both technical and non-technical partners.
- 10+ years developing software applications for Automotive applications, ideally with functional safety or mixed criticality requirements.
In Return:
We are offering a hybrid approach to home and office working to provide an adaptable experience for all employees. We expect some working time to be spent in office, to promote a strong collaborative environment with good team integration but are accommodating to different home working requirements.
