Job Overview:

As part of theSolution Analysis Engineering team, you will help us understand how our latest technology formobile marketsegment performs on key use cases, like Gaming, Machine Learning and UI. We do this to understand the Arm technology of today, and help shape it to something even better for tomorrow.

We expect you to come with some experience in Software development, BUT, the most important thing is that you have a drive and willingness to learn, and are as passionate about new technology as we are!

It's also important to have the ability to communicate your work to others. Collaboration and communication are key pillars in Arm’s success!

Responsibilities:

You will be part of a small software team, picking up a variety of engineering tasks that are suitable for someone new to the trade, where it is perfectly fine to take the time to learn as you go.

Exactly what tasks will depend on what the team work on at the time, but will typically involve some of the following:

• Embedded Linux and Android
• Programming, Scripting and Automation
• Performance data collection and analysis

Required Skills and Experience:

• Ongoing Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Computer Science or similar technical field (when applying, please ensure you include your most up to date academic transcript)
• Genuine interest in new technology
• Experience in programming, preferably C/C++
• Creativity and ability to communicate ideas efficiently­
• Good interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Good English language skills

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:

• Experience in Android and/or Embedded Linux
• Experience in Performance Analysis
