Working on the cutting edge of Arm IP, you will be creating technology that powers the ultimate visual experience across a wide range of devices, scaling from mass market smartphones through to visually stunning, high-performance smartphones, Android OS-based tablets, smart-watches and SmartTVs. This is a chance to join a new team that we are forming. The team is responsible for development of software tools for verification of the GPU hardware. These tools are used to verify the functionality and performance of the GPUs.
As a recent graduate, you will learn a lot about how a graphics processor works on the lowest level and become proficient in low level hardware programming.
You will work closely together with other teams in arm - including the hardware team, our modelling team, and our software teams.
Required Skills and Experience :
- Bachelors or Masters (computer science or electronics engineering) with good academic record. For this role we are looking for a recently graduated candidate.
- Please include your University Transcript (Grade sheet) to your application together with your English CV.
- Understanding of C/C++.
- Proficiency in problem solving and debugging skills.
- Basic understanding of computer architecture (CPU, memory, MMU, caches etc).
- Willingness and ability to contribute to process improvement initiatives.
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :
- Knowledge of graphics programming or graphics APIs
- Knowledge of graphics fundamentals, e.g. GPU graphics pipeline and shaders.
- Other programming languages
