Verification Engineer

Job Overview:

Are you passionate about driving the bleeding edge of Hardware Verification technology for high performance, energy efficient IP blocks and SoCs? We have a phenomenal opportunity in our Productivity Engineering Group!

In this role, you will develop and demonstrate the latest verification technologies into a project environment. You will work both with our EDA partners and internal experts to develop these new tools and flows. You will collaborate with our CPU, GPU, Systems IP and SoC teams to get the improvements embedded into their engineering environments.

We offer a role with high potential for development - both technically but also with collaboration and leadership skills! Prior IP Verification experience is expected.

Responsibilities:

• Development of proofs-of-concept for advanced Hardware Verification flows and techniques into a project environment demonstrating the latest Hardware Design&Verification technology
• Refinement of proofs-of-concept into a deployable flow and then work hand-in-hand with Arm IP engineering teams to deploy the flow and demonstrate an impact to the effectiveness of the project
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of Verification standards
• Collaborating with EDA partners to evaluate and feed-back on their solutions
• Contributing to the leadership of our team

Required Skills and Experience :

• Verification of HW IP, preferably over several projects
• SystemVerilog for Verification
• Constrained random verification
• Expressing new insights and communicating them effectively
• The ability to develop for others, taking on board external perspectives

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :

• DevOps/SW related experience with building automation around HW verification practices
• Universal Verification Methodology (UVM)
