Job Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Royalty Integrity Analyst in our royalty revenue team, joining us as we prepare for Arm to become a listed company. You will be enabling success through working across our global organization. This is a critical role that drives data integrity across the company as Arm goes through the journey of becoming a publicly listed company. This role will be responsible for both the input and output of the royalty database, communicating data issues with critical stakeholders within Arm, and collaborating with team members for continuous improvement of data quality.

Responsibilities:

- Performs in-depth analysis for the top 20 partner’s royalty report. This involves a deep understanding of contractual rates and different scenarios of royalty calculations.
- Run the royalty decipher process for ARM top tier licensees and upload submitted royalty information to ARM royalty database within 1-2 business days upon receipt of the royalty reports.
- Improve data quality by ensuring accuracy at granular level. Enrich reported data by adding market segmentation, price tier information, product configurations etc. by researching, communicating, and collaborating with both internal and external teams within Arm.
- Be the liaison between Royalty Planning team, FP&A and Business Planning team to drive data integrity. Support the royalty database reconciliation project and ongoing data quality improvement. Collaborate with Business - Planning team F2F to improve feedback cycle and quicker updates in Royalty Database.
- Drive the market taxonomy review and update, both quarterly reviews and deep dives annually to align with the evolving market segmentations.
- Assist with QE reconciliation processes by investigating and resolving discrepancies between the Royalty Database and SAP independently.
- Help construct detailed desktop processes and training materials on policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Proficient with Excel. Intermediate to advanced skills preferred.
- Strong analytical with great attention to detail.
- Experience with large and complicated sets of data. Ability to consolidate complex sets of data into logical groups to facilitate analysis and share summarized information with internal teams.
- Experience with database software preferred.
- Proven operational experience working in a finance/accounting function of a company
- Experience in working across cultures, in different countries. Flexibility to accommodate different time zones.
- Eager to learn and adapt as part of an evolving team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with project management, identifying and implementing process flows is highly preferred.
