Job Overview:

We are looking for a Cloud Project Manager, to join our team in Cambridge! If you have the knowledge and experience detailed below, we'd love to hear from you!

The EIT Portfolio Office (EIT PO) is part of Enterprise IT. We provide Demand Management, Governance and best in class Delivery capabilities. We are a diverse talent pool of strategy managers, demand & planning managers, delivery managers, portfolio managers, programme and project managers as well as business analysis and scrum masters, based across 3 regions: Cambridge (UK), Bangalore (India) & Austin (USA).

The Journey to the Arm Cloud (JTAC) Programme is a major initiative within Arm with the purpose of bringing business to Arm and making engineering teams more productive, efficient and agile. Engineering teams are currently migrating, enabling workflows and establishing or running production workflows on Cloud, however there is still work to do to deliver the full strategic roadmap.


You will be delivering of project(s) within the defined Arm project methodology – following the guidance and framework the Portfolio Office has set. As part of your work you may be supporting our Security, Infrastructure & Platforms or User Focused Delivery Programmes.

You will take ownership for the delivery of the benefits – not just the delivery of the project. PM’s need to ensure that they understand the business case, validate and build on assumptions, benefit cases, financials and risks and work closely with their stakeholders to ensure the mandate for their project is delivered.

You will be managing a team of cross functional, globally dispersed resources to deliver against a plan. Resources in Infrastructure & Engineering are always working across multiple projects so its is imperative that you work collaboratively with the tower teams, scrum masters, and portfolio office to ensure your work is well planned and fully executable.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience working on multi-stream sophisticated programmes of work.
  • Experience planning and execution from initiation through delivery using Agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrable history of coordinating cross-functional activities, establishing working relationships at all levels of the organisation to partner with and effectively connect with cross functional groups as required.
  • managing stakeholders across multiple teams.
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently lead and engage the project team.
  • A proven background of managing budget versus cost and resource across multiple teams
  • Jira – as the tool we use to plan all work with our teams it is critical that you have solid experience using Jira.
