In this role, you will be working for the Partner Success & Licensing Team. We are responsible for ensuring that Arm's customers can be as successful as possible when using our IP. This includes ensuring we are engaging with our partners, are providing the right level of technical support, documentation and training to customers using Arm IP and software development tools. Our success is built upon working collaboratively across the company to understand our partners’ experience with us and how we can make that experience more fluid and effortless.

You will play a pivotal role as part of our Partner Insights team, and will be improving the reporting, analysis and insights that we deliver to the wider business.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Provide timely answers/solutions utilising data and visualisation tools to answer business problems in the customer domain across areas such as Design Wins, Customer Entitlements, Downloads, Arm Support Services, etc.
  • Manipulate, analyse and interpret complex data sets using Power BI/Tableau
  • Create data dashboards, graphs and visualizations
  • Define appropriate metrics and performance indicators for customer success. Prepare regular reports to support the use of these metrics with the corresponding analysis of trends.
  • Implement a data quality framework, including regular QA processes across all reporting
  • Deliver training on self-service reporting across the business
  • Effectively communicate and present data insights to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Capture requirements for improvements and enhancements to our customer data
  • Liaise with internal colleagues to fully understand data content and improve data quality

Required Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar field or role
  • Up to date knowledge of data visualisation software (Power BI/Tableau), techniques and features
  • Proficient in SQL and DAX for querying and creation of views/tables, functions and stored procedures
  • Experience with Power Query, R, or Python.
  • Database design and management - Experience in data modelling and designing ETL processes including data warehousing strategies and theories
  • Salesforce/SAP
  • Organisation of your own work, including the prioritization of tasks and goals
  • Delivery of content for a variety of audiences
  • Dedication to quality task delivery

Desirable Qualities

  • Degree in a suitable subject area e.g. Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, etc.
  • Experience with APIs/Mulesoft
  • Customer-centric
