We are the CPU micro-architecture team. A team of diverse engineering-centric group that defines, designs, and validates Arm processor IP. When you join this team of highly motivated engineers, you help ensure Arm maintains its leadership in the market.

You will help craft our next generation CPU micro-architecture, engage with key partners at an engineering level to understand their future performance requirements, performance sensitivities, and workload expectations, and help optimally communicate sophisticated ideas/insights with customers and other third parties.

Required Skills and Experience:
- You graduated with a Bachelors' or Masters' degree in Computer Science or Electrical/Computer Engineering
- Have a demonstrated minimum experience of 7 years in micro-architecture-level performance modeling, CPU or system micro-architecture development, or workload/micro-architecture performance analysis. (You don't need specific Arm architecture expertise.)
- An authority with micro-architecture at the level of CPU, system, or SoC
"Nice to Have" Skills and Experience:
- You have a consistent track record in micro-architectural innovation -- proposing new insights, studying them in cycle-accurate simulators, and estimating impact on power & area
- Love working with sophisticated software engineering such as design patterns, profiling, and programming in multiple languages.
- Build positive relationships which are built upon mutual trust, open communication, and sharing of information and success.
